We, at Aaruni Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, are urgently looking for 3 inside Sales Representatives with 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience with inquiry, demand/ lead generation, cold calling, and cold emailing. We are looking for a candidate who is a highly motivated self-starter, hungry, and restless for networking, promotion, and marketing with great business acumen (Marwari mindset).  

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Qualification and Sales Development Experience in APAC
  2. An ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social selling, and individual research.
  3. Curious to learn about business, have the zeal to drive your team to success, and love enjoying the perks that come along.
  4. The candidate needs to complete an assignment for this job. Please apply only when you can complete the assignment on short notice.
  5. Exception wrote and verbal communication skills
  6. APAC and Enterprise /SaaS experience is mandatory.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  1. New Client Acquisition & Lead generation.
  2. Identify potential clients in the target market & actively look for new opportunities.
  3. Continuously engage in research on the assigned industry/prospects – to create appropriate solutions.
  4. Engage with prospects to develop relationships/conversations with prospective clients.
  5. Organize activities to schedule appointments with prospects using available channels (Marketing, Social Media, Emails, Calls).
  6. Continuously engage in learning to enhance understanding of Industry, Product, Technology, etc.
  7. Identify qualified prospects in India & fast-growing global markets.
  8. Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like Outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
  9. Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.
  10. Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.
  11. Generate appointments/meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
  12. Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
  13. Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter – Willingness to learn new things on their own.
  • Familiar with lead generation techniques.
  • Confident during sales calls
