We, at Aaruni Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, are urgently looking for 3 inside Sales Representatives willing to learn marketing, educating customers & Lead/demand generation & digital marketing.

We are looking for team associates who are responsible for generating revenue for Aaruni by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.

 

Responsibility deliverables

  • Data sourcing & management
  • Sales meeting
  • Sales proposal
  • Sales conversion

Tasks & Activities

  • Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google Search, offline networks of the decision-makers of software development, the digital transformation, IT consulting, from the CXOs, VPs, heads, and managers of IT/Tech departments of companies in the business of Retail, Consumer Goods & Supply chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Agriculture, Wellness, Education & Sports, Realty, Hospitality, and Tourism.
  • Maintaining the database on the Lead tracker/CRM software
  • Mastering telecalling/cold calling & acquiring skills such as copywriting(sales), content writing(marketing), SEO, and client support.
  • Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, and Marketing automation tools like Outreach, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
  • Continuously engage in learning to enhance understanding of Industry, Product, Technology, etc.

Sales Meetings

  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client
  • Having effective sales meetings in order to:
  • Understand the business model, business goals, stakeholders’ roles, culture, automation requirements, and data analytics needs.
  • Position Aaruni as the best choice for the client
  • Generate requirements for app/software from the client

Sales Proposals

  • Create presentations/concept notes based on the client’s requirements
  • Coordinate with the tech team to generate proposals & pre-sales commercials

Sales Conversions

  • Negotiate win-win deal
  • Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Client Co-ordination

  • Publish Minutes of meeting to all stakeholders as a record of all meetings
  • Be the interface between the clients and tech team from contract to completion of the software development

Qualification & Skills requirements for the role

  • BCom/Graduates/BBM/MBA Marketing
  • Willing to learn marketing, educating customers & Lead/demand generation & digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter – Willingness to learn new things on their own.
  • Excellent concentration/focus, & consistent routine & discipline (free from personal relationships, mobile, social media distractions)
  • Ability to organize, and prioritize work
